FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER CLASS

& CANADIAN EXPERIENCE CLASS

Every year, thousands or new immigrants enter Canada through one of those two independent immigration classes. The federal skilled worker class has been and still is the main route for skilled workers and professionals to immigrate successfully to Canada.

The whole immigration process and all the forms can seem quite complex at first, but with the help from our manuals and free sample forms, we believe every applicant is able to complete the whole immigration process all by himself/herself and can successfully immigrate to Canada.

Immigration Canada does not require you to use the service of an immigration lawyer or consultant. You can complete the whole process by yourself!

Keep in mind that immigration lawyers and consultants can charge a few thousand dollars for their services and in the end it is still the applicant who has to provide information for the forms and risks having the immigration application refused because of wrong information or missing documents.

The FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER CLASS is meant for skilled worker and professionals who have either: arranged employment in Canada, have been legally living for a year in Canada as a temporary worker or have one of the preferred experiences listed by Immigration Canada.

The CANADIAN EXPERIENCE CLASS is meant for skilled workers and university graduates who are either: living in Canada for at least two years as a temporary worker or are a foreign graduate from a post-secondary institution in Canada with at least one year of skilled work experience.

If you are not sure which class would apply to you, click on the link for each category and we will explain a bit more detailed what each class means and if you qualify or not.

Best of luck for your application
